At CeramiCure® by EBI Ltd., we believe industrial innovation begins when a critical problem demands an engineered solution. For over 35 years, we have partnered with sanitary ceramics manufacturers worldwide to pioneer post-production repair systems that maximize plant yield and efficiency.

Born on the Factory Floor

In 1990, our founder encountered a recurring, costly issue while importing high-end European bathtubs: pinhole glaze defects.

At the time, manufacturing plants within the sanitaryware industry lacked a professionally acceptable, factory-grade glaze repair method. Defective pieces either had to be scrapped or sent back through the costly, energy-intensive process of refiring. Our founder set out to engineer a better way.

Pioneering Light Cure & Self Cure Technologies

After extensive research, development, and rigorous industrial trials, the CeramiCure® brand was born.

Solving Glaze Defects: Our flagship Light Cure Acrylic (LCA™) was launched to target glaze imperfections immediately post-production. For the first time, sanitaryware manufacturers could achieve flawless finishes without the need for refire—saving plants tens of thousands of dollars annually in energy costs and increasing yield.

Addressing Body Defects: Following the global adoption of LCA™, we applied the same rigorous standards to develop Self Cure Acrylic (SCA™). This product line was specifically engineered to address structural body defects, allowing plants to rescue scrap pieces and turn them back into saleable inventory.
